A dual-qualified Quantity Surveyor and Legal Practitioner with over four decades of experience spanning construction, infrastructure, energy, and dispute resolution. He is the originator and patent holder of the internationally recognised 'Anago Mediative-Conciliation' ADR model, acknowledged by the U.S. Department of Justice.

He obtained a Professional Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Auchi Polytechnic in 1981, an LL.B (Hons.) from Ahmadu Bello University in 1991, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992.
As an Arbitrator, Arbitration Counsel, Mediator, and Expert Witness, he has handled numerous high-value disputes in the construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and property sectors, appearing before arbitral tribunals, courts, and ADR institutions.
He is the originator and patent holder of the internationally recognized ADR model 'Anago Mediative-Conciliation', which has been acknowledged by the U.S. Department of Justice's Community Relations Service as an effective model for conflict resolution.

She holds a First-Class LL.B from the University of Buckingham and is a Certified PPP Professional, Chartered Mediator and Conciliator, and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).

Mr. Ifeanyi Samuel Agugoesi is a Registered Quantity Surveyor with over sixteen years of experience in cost control, project management, and construction dispute resolution. He holds an MBA in Finance and Investment, a PRINCE2 Certification in Project Management, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators (ICIArb), where he also serves as a Membership Entry Training Facilitator.
